leaving

Slowly, I am coming to terms with your refusal,

Aargh! This devilish torture, so brutal!

Languidly, packing all my belongings

Shuffling away with a heavy heart

My eyes peeled for apple tart…

My beloved you’re just a pie in the sky

Alas! in the wilderness I am left to cry

My heart, a migratory bird…

A boring and frumpish nerd…

Wings it’s way to a newer horizon…🕊

Her perpetual displeasure arising from the hypocrisy in the society underneath the semblance of religion, culture as well as the conditioning for compliance urged her to put down the impressions in her mind.
